She sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 owners in the aft cabin, 2 guests in the vee berth.
An additional 2 people can sleep on the settee berths for a total of 6. Great for
a fun weekend away with friends.
Forward Guest StateroomBeginning forward is a private stateroom with a large V-berth and significant storage space beneath.
There is also a sink in the forward cabin with plenty of room under it and in the medicine cabinet behind
the double mirrors.
Guest Head
The guest head is completely enclosed in the forward guest room. There are ample cabinets behind the commode.
Main Salon
Barraveigh’s main salon is quite spacious for a vessel of this size, due to her generous beam.A large rounded settee with expandable dining table is to port. There is a secret locker in the table,
which has worked very well for hiding large amounts of rum from customs. There is additional seating
on the starboard settee and both are ample enough to sleep crew or guests. Lee clothes are in place
and they double as fine sea berths. There are large lockers beneath and behind all the cushions.
The entire space feels light and open due to above and waterline hatches.
Nav Station
Barraveigh has the largest nav station I’ve ever seen on a 41 footer. It is located just in frontof the aft cabin on the starboard side. There are built-in control panels, navigation instruments
and a comfortable seat with giant storage beneath with a large hanging locker for the back rest.
To the starboard side of the back rest are ample shelves. The arm rest covers another hiding spot.
Master Stateroom
The owner's private stateroom is located aft to starboard and features a large size mattress big enough for 2.There is a full height hanging locker to starboard which has been converted to shelves. Aft of the locker
is a sink with full vanity mirror and large storage behind and beneath. A custom fit bug barrier Velcro’s into
place for those times in the tropics when you really need a “no-fly zone” in your sleeping area. I’ve mounted
a swing arm table for a laptop or dvd player so you can have movies or breakfast in bed.
Aft Head
The large aft head also contains the hot water heater, the freezer (very well insulated with Adler-Barber cold plate),the shower, and comes with yet another sink and plenty of storage space behind and beneath.
DeckThe toe rail runs the length of both gunwales and makes for easy and multiple attachment points.
Handrails and granny bars at the mast add to safety while on deck. Deck hardware includes
8 Lewmar winches (2 on the mast, 6 in the cockpit), 2 Barbarossa jib cars with tracks (lines lead into cockpit)
for adjusting jib sheets angle of pull, 7 portholes, 6 hatches, 4 dorade vents, and beefed up reinforced bow cleats.
The windlass is a Lofrans Tigres with 250 feet of 3/8” chain. It is completely self-contained inside the anchor locker
with none of it protruding out - No broken toes. She also boasts removable running backstays and a mast mounted
and easily deployable whisker pole, for those glorious downwind runs.
Cockpit
Barraveigh has a spacious cockpit with benches long enough to sleep on and custom fitted Sunbrella covers
for all cushions. She has 4 lazarettes that are deep and large. You will be amazed at how much storage space they contain.
All the sail controls lead into the cockpit thru cam clutches to their own dedicated self tailing winches (6 in the cockpit)
with cleats. This makes for very easy and safe sailing. With the inmast mainsail there is no reason to leave the cockpit
in rough weather. Again – safe and easy!

Remarks
This yacht is a performance cruiser. She was designed and equipped for safe, easy offshore passage makingand comfortable extended cruising to remote areas – thanks to an extensive equipment list that includes
all furling sails and all lines led aft into the cockpit. As noted previously, she also benefits from several custom upgrades.
These features and many more thoughtful additions make her stand out far above the other sister ships currently available.
